This is an amazing book. It is a treasure trove of information! I feel that this book is more than a meal it is more like a banquet. As a writer, I have only had my own life as research and never actively researched a subject that I have written on, but Praying Medic shows us what a great book that can come from great research and careful planning.Praying Medic goes into many aspects of travelling in the spirit with a depth that has meat on it, and yet it is not too bogged down with information and research that it became dry like so many books. The result that we got in this book was a book where a novice to travelling in the spirit could learn heaps, whilst people who have participated in it to some respects could also glen from it.As a writer and teacher, I look at the quality of this work, its purposes and it objectives, and I see once again that this book was not rushed, or hurriedly put together, and it hasn't been written with an objective mainly of selling a book, but it is primarily a book that attempts to teach, equip and impart knowledge. Some people may have had a lot more experiences in travelling in the spirit then the author, but few of these people have been able to put together such an enjoyable, easy to read, conversation on this subject in one accessible place.I hold Praying Medic in high esteem and am happy to know him personally. As a person who has seen Jesus in heaven, visited my mansion in heaven, travelled in time and done some exciting things, I would say I am still a novice. Very interesting for a curious beginner. Praying Medic explains exactly what traveling in the spirit is & is not. Then he gives exercises in how to do it. He provides scriptural evidence to show that this is a legitimate practice for Christians & is not astral projection. I realized I should probably read his book "Seeing in the Spirit" also and learn that first. It seems like a more natural & safer progression. I agree that God is releasing such information like this to Christians at a time when it is truly needed. We need to be aware of the spiritual abilities that God has made available to us to be of use in His service to others. This is meant to be a tool for us to use. It's time we became aware of who we are as spiritual beings, since we are seated in Christ Jesus in heavenly places. We don't all have to do this, but we can. Follow the Lord's leading in all things.
The author, Praying Medic (PM) delivers an insightful, encouraging, and well written book. His writing style is easy to follow and filled with numerous Biblical references.Though the subject of Spiritual Travel can be controversial due to many factors, I have to say PM's style of writing is not dogmatic. His words are well chosen and he goes the extra mile to explain his points.I highly recommend this book and author. If you are a Born Again, Spirit Filled Christian and have an interest in the Supernatural, then this book is for you. Read it with an open mind and let the Holy Spirit be your guide.
I'll never forget reading this book. I read this last year. I finished this in one sitting the first time I read this. This book lead to book afte book about traveling and seeing in the spirit realm. These exercises in this book work. Our lives our nothing close to being mundane. We go into the heavenlies now and encounter Jesus face to face. I could go on and on about the encounters. That's just part of it. When you get your eyes open you can talk and see angels and the demonic. Our angels are amazing and we keep getting more assigned to us. We minister all the time now and see results. This is just the beginning too. I told people at church about these kinds of things and I just got shrugged off. Now they see what we are walking in and they are all doing these exercises now because how cool is it to go to heaven.
Great (and rare) discussion of spiritual tools available to believers. I highly recommend this. I don't necessarily always agree with *how* these tools were implemented in the testimonies discussed in the book, but in terms of what they are and how they work this is an excellent book. Traveling in the Spirit is described in both Old and New testaments, and should be considered "normal" Christianity, yet almost no one teaches on this. I am grateful for this book.
This spectacular book has stretched and broaden my understanding of the realm of the Spirit and spiritual travel like no other. Through this book, I've gained so much insight on this topic. I'm more ready now than ever before to travel in the spirit to see my God, the saints and the cloud of witnesses. I'm happy to know that I'm on the path to become part of an amazing league of servants that push the boundaries of our faith and modern day traditional theology. I thank God for pioneers like Praying Medic and others who are writing books and publishing videos on this powerful tool for ministry. I believe that one day, because of undeniable evidence, hard facts and thorough research, we will have known bible schools and seminaries throughout the U.S. and abroad that will have no other choice but to adopt and implement a curriculum that teaches how to travel in the spirit.
