While I realize that HTML is a visual medium, and presentation of it will be in a visualmanner, I am not real happy with the "advances" in textbooks since I got out of collegethe first time, some 30 years ago!The text is fairly explanatory, but the graphics are a bit much. I guess it is becausemodern pedagogy has determined that this is the way to get through to college agefolks these days. The style gives me a headache, though. The book is _ok_, but forme, that is about all I can give it.

I choose this rating because as a first time learner to web page development I find the instructions to be simple, well organized step by step and easy to follow.
